Education: College degree preferred. High school degree or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years management experience leading a sales team in the Fire, Security, or other technology sales industry, demonstrated by the consistent ability to meet and exceed quota.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives within the customer organization.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of a large territory account sales team selling solutions across the U.S. The position requires strong prospecting skills, the ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling and promoting customer confidence in Red Hawk Security.
In addition, the individual must maintain focus on the development of new business opportunities, increasing sales activities and closing new accounts allowing us to aggressively penetrate competitive accounts leading to long term business relationships. Performs other related tasks as assigned.
Key Areas of Expertise:
1.Keen understanding of sales in the contracting tier (General Contractors and Electrical Contractors) and how to leverage relationships
2.Previous contracting tier (General Contractors and Electrical Contractors) sales experience
3.End user business development, sales and leadership expertise
4.Sales leadership, motivation and development experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Adhere to current Red Hawk policies, procedures, products, programs and services
2.Providing day to day direction, and one on one coaching and leadership to Regional sales team will be about 70% of the role.
3.Provide quota assignments funnel management and drive accountability to assure growth targets and initiatives are achieved
4.Provide accurate forecasting of business growth
5.Actively participate in sales calls and boardroom presentations
6.Recruit, train and build high level talent to compete in the fire, sprinkler, security and banking vertical market representing Red Hawk Security
7.Work with Red Hawk Districts to assure a high level of professionalism and customer service is provided to both internal and external customers
8.Assure only approved marketing materials are utilized to present sales presentation and proposal to prospects, assuring the customer understands our value proposition, positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition
9.40-50% travel is required
