Pentair currently has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager supporting our ERICO Rail Connections business across the US. This position is best suited for an energetic, highly-motivated and results-driven individual who is looking to join a solid, international company.
POSITION: Regional Sales Manager North America ERICO Rail Connections
REPORTS TO: Regional Sales Manager, North America, ERICO Rail Connections
Identifies and targets end users and product specifiers for ERICO products.
Meets with end users, demonstrates value provided by products, and educates end users in the use of ERICO products.
Meets with product specifiers, demonstrates value provided by products, and provides information required to support incorporation of products in projects and markets that support end use.
Meets with railways (freight or transit), supply chain and railway contractors, creates product awareness and provides information required to ensure market acceptance of products.
Establishment of and compliance with a structured, standard ERICO Sales Process
Develops and executes Sales Plans consistent with the strategic direction.
Negotiates contracts and agreements with end users within limits of Product Management s pricing strategies, including: pricing, rebates, limits of liability, intellectual property, returns, special processing, and data transmission/communication.
Provides expertise in use of products and coordinates responses to questions & concerns of end users and product specifiers.
Job Requirements & Skills
Bachelor s Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 1 years experience in transit/rail industry
TARGET COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
Engineering Degree is highly preferred
3+ years Rail Industry experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Direct sales experience
