As a Regional Sales Manager, this dynamic position will work with our Madison Sales Team in selling our 10 hotels in the greater Madison area to the corporate market. North Central Group currently owns and operates four Hilton branded hotels along with six Marriott branded hotels. Our newest hotel, the AC by Marriott, will be opening in downtown Madison in April 2017! Regional Sales Manager As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining continuous growth of current hotel sales accounts, finding and securing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving or exceeding budgeted hotel room revenue. Responsibilities Include Identifying strategies to increase customer base and top line revenue in specified market segments Conducting regular sales calls to current meeting customers and potential new meeting customers by means of on-site visits, direct sales calls, prospecting calls and written correspondence Providing current and accurate information to all inquiries regarding the hotel facilities Enhancing customer relations and increase business for the hotel Maintaining proper records of all sales calls and business activities utilizing Hotel SalesPro Regional Sales Manager Job Requirements Related college degree or related work experience Previous outside sales experience with a proven track record of success of finding and closing new business opportunities Benefits and Perks of being a Regional Sales Manager!
