Job Description

Our client is currently hiring a Regional Sales Manager to sell their security technology to retail clients within the Philadelphia market. The ideal candidate is highly energetic and motivated, has a strong work ethic, is enthusiastic about finding new prospects and closing sales, and has an interest in technology. This position is a non-management sales position working out of a home office. It requires frequent travel within region and occasional travel outside assigned region. The RSMs task is to grow sales within assigned sales region while also creating a stronger market presence and promoting the company brand.

Responsibilities: include, but are not limited to:
-Attend and represent the organization at industry specific trade shows
-Establish an appropriate call cycle to ensure that all accounts are visited with appropriate frequency and are supported thoroughly
-Set up meetings with clients to deliver product demonstration and explain benefits, value added of company's products as a total business solution
-Coordinate sales efforts with other departments involved in providing sales and service to the customer including; Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, Technical Support, Operations, Engineering and other pertinent departments.

This is a base+uncapped commission opportunity. Projected $100,000 for first year. Company will pay $500/mo car allowance and provide a company cell phone, lap top, router, and demo equipment. Job Experience:

-Must have a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel 50% of work time.
-Experience cold calling
-Experience with sales forecasting tools and CRM solutions
-International travel required for training purposes
