The Territory Sales Manager will be an integral part of the direct sales team and be responsible for all sales activities, within the assigned region. The Territory Sales Manager works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. The Territory Sales Manager is required to reside within the assigned region.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful candidate will ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field or equivalent; 4+ years of salesexperience - preferably with a background in government technologysales. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills - verbal communication and presentation skills, must have the ability and be willing to travel at least 75% of the time and have a motivation for sales and performance management. The candidate should have demonstrated direct salesexperience by managing existing accounts, as well as, prospecting and closing significant technical solution sale opportunities. The candidate must have high ethical standards, be self-driven to succeed, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-moving dynamic environment.
