The open territory is the Southwest and Western US. Primary states of focus are TX, LA, AR, MO & CA.

Direct and develop Distributors and alternate channels of distribution to achieve maximum growth.

Develop strategies and implement programs, which increase sales.

Provide accurate and timely forecasts of expected business results to achieve
sales goals and objectives.

Maximize and evaluate distributor’s performance and activities to drive profitability from each region.

Make field calls with distributors/agents to evaluate and monitor results.

Provide technical sales support to distributors and representatives

Identify specific market needs / requirements to maximize and grow sales within each region.

Availability and willingness to travel frequently

Education and Experience Requirements:

Minimum of five years experience in technical sales and/or distribution or agent management

Industrial sales experience preferred

BSBA or equivalent

Additional Benefits

Commission Plan on top of base salary which is not capped - strong potential for $100K plus.
