Responsibilities
Management of the services delivery organization consisting of Project, Customer Support and System Managers. Accountable for hiring, mentoring, performance management and development of personnel.
Oversee services delivery operations so as to insure implementation project performance and lifecycle support services meet and exceed customer expectation while achieving financial performance and revenue growth goals.
Lead and direct work activities across organizational boundaries. Ensures that programs progress according to schedule and budget. Exercise judgment in selection of methods and techniques to establish and execute solutions to complex issues.
Responsible to accurately forecast project financial and lifecycle revenue performance. Actively engage project, customer support and system managers establishing an understanding of contract requirements, performance issues and proactively establish plans to overcome delivery related road blocks.
Manage the execution of service, installation, depot and system upgrade agreements while driving lifecycle services growth.
Ensure integration and lifecycle contract requirements compliance in partnership with internal teams ( ST, ENG, Global Procurement, site construction , 3rd party vendors) while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Advocate for and drive process improvement to enhance the efficient delivery of services.
Work collaboratively with the Sales management, account and presale team to properly assess business opportunities and encourage incremental solutions sales.
Establish and maintain business relationships with key customer representatives soliciting feedback on MSI performance and their operational needs.

Specific Skills

- PMI or ITIL certification desirable.

- Previous departmental or large project team personnel management experience desirable.

- Previous project and/or lifecycle support contract financial management experience desirable.
