Facility: Pocono Health System at East Stroudsburg
Department: 5 B
JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other members of the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical and resource outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, Diploma Program, Associate Degree Program, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, is preferred.
Must have current license or temporary practice permit to practice as Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Must successfully complete orientation including, but not limited to, successful completion of medication validation and written medication examination.
Must maintain current American Heart Association CPR certification.
Must be able to meet health standards for employment.
Must have sharp visual and hearing acuity.
Weekends Only 7pm - 7:30am Graduation from a School of Nursing is required
