Registered Nurse - Family Health Center

Required: NH RN license, BLS Certified.
Highly Desired: BSN preferred, Outpatient physician practice experience is preferred. Pediatric &/or OB experience is a plus.
Responsibilities: Will include phone triage, nurse visits, chronic care management and opportunities for participation in process improvement and quality assurance initiatives in collaboration with the NH Dartmouth Family Medicine residency program.
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week, four 10 hour shifts or five 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday between 7:30am to 6:00pm. Occasional Saturdays will be required, as needed. Full-time Day shift Bachelors degree is preferred, Licensure Required, Experience is preferred.
