Registered Nurse Supervisor ��" Assisted Living ( RN )


Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) in the greater St. Paul/Minneapolis area (Edina, MN, and the surrounding areas)!

As a Nurse Supervisor (also referred as Health Care Coordinator), you will be responsible for providing leadership and enhancing the well-being of our treasured residents within the community. You will supervise Care Managers, Wellness Nurses and Medication Care Managers while overseeing medication programs and maintaining resident assessments.


Responsibilities:

-Proper documentation of all nursing and healthcare services for residents will be completed by the Nurse Supervisor.
-Nurse Supervisor will maintain health service plans, resident assessments, and manage medication programs.
-Will assist in the recruiting, hiring and training of clinical team members.
-Supervise Care Managers, Medication Care Managers and Wellness Nurses.
-The Nurse Supervisor will also be responsible for team member leadership, including performance management and evaluations.

Requirements:


Registered Nurse Supervisor ��" Assisted Living ( RN )


Requirements:

-2+ years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) with current state license as a Professional Registered Nurse.
-1+ year experience in a hospital setting, assisted living, home health or long term care industries. Senior care experience preferred.
-1+ year experience nursing management experience, including hiring staff, coaching, performance, management of daily operations, supervision, discipline and counseling.
-Demonstration of competence in assessment skills, injections / medication administration, follow-up and triage.
-Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours when necessary to meet the needs of our residents.
