Job Description

Facility: Frankford Campus at Philadelphia
Department: Patient Access Services (FC [1A615])
This position is responsible for registering patients (inpatient, outpatient, emergency department patients & pre-registered patients) by obtaining individual identifying data, such as demographic and financial data for the patient s permanent medical record and episode-specific financial statement. The registrar should be able to admit or register patients in an accurate and timely manner. Registrar is also responsible for ensuring that proper authorization for treatment/admission has been obtained prior to services being rendered. Part Time Evening High School Diploma or GED 1 2 Years Related Experience
