You must posess a license as a PTA or COTA to be considered for this position.

Position Summary:
Resource person for prioritizing and scheduling clinical care on a day-by-day basis, Takes a lead role in performing hchb tasks on a timely basis, Collaborates with clinical supervisors and staff education regarding on going case management, Takes a lead role in improving Patient Satisfaction, Professionalism, Operational Management, and Professional Development, Works in partnership with the Perfromance Improvement Coordinator for PI activities

Recruitment Requirements:
Provides documentation of completion of a two-year specialized accredited college program for physical therapy assistants which has been approved by the APTA and leads to an Associates Degree. OR provides documentation of completion of a two-year specialized accredited college program for occupational therapy assistants which has been approved by the AOTA and leads to an Associates Degree.
Possesses a license as a PTA or COTA and meets State statutory regulations where applicable.
Two years of clinical experience required. Home care experience referred.
Ability to effectively communicate and present self to people in a courteous, tactful, poised, and professional manner.
Experience in managing office workflow that supports point of service preferred.
Proven expertise in managing clinical care.
Knowledgeable of federal and state homecare regulations preferred.
Knowledgeable of home care/hospice accreditation and compliance regulations preferred
