Responsible to the Director of Rehabilitation Services and/or the designated Site Leader. Assists with patient treatment related activities under the supervision of the therapist for a designated group of patients. Updates and maintains patient lists and schedules for that group of patients. Cleans and maintains equipment and supplies, transports patients to and from the department. The age of patients served ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics. QUALIFICATIONS 1. Must be BLS certified within 3 months of hire. 2 Must be able to demonstrate basic computer skills in a Windows environment. 3 Three months health care related experience preferred 4 Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment. 5 Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission and vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.
