Responsibilities:



Manager Retail Branch is responsible for all aspects of running a OneWest banking office. They are responsible for recruiting scheduling training coaching mentoring & executing performance evaluations for all branch personnel. Branch Managers are responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned performance objectives delivering OneWest's exceptional one person at a time service risk management satisfactory compliance ratings maintaining adequate operational controls and operating within all bank policies & procedures. They are expected to be a leader within their community representing OneWests' commitment to its local communities. Branch Managers are the general manager of their branch. They are responsible for creating a focused sales and service environment by providing clarity on branch and individual performance expectations (goals) and consistent direct feedback on branch and individual performance to those goals. Branch Managers should provide sales and service coaching to all employees based on their observations feedback from clients and actual variance to assigned goals. Branch Managers need to be knowledgeable on all products and services provided through the branch call center and on line channels. They should be at least conversant regarding all other OneWest lines of business.



Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 3 to 5 years in a leadership position - Must have a proven track record in building a team, customer experience, and business performance - Banking experience preferred - College degree or equivalent preferred
