RELEASE MANAGER:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage release planning, implementation, and validation efforts for the following Digital Mobile functions:

* Web and Mobile quarterly enterprise releases
* Mobile app general audience and beta/pilot releases (iOS, Android, Windows)
* Web and native application messaging/splash events
* Mobile infrastructure projects
* Native app force upgrades
* Mobile related Work Orders
* Coordinate lessons learnt across all mobile platforms

* Documenting release management practices and procedures

* Archiving release documentation
* Native App Store Portal changes
* Change Management Best Practices
* Ad hoc metric reporting of releases, current active app users, & beta/pilot activities
* Act as a point of contact for all things release related for the Digital Mobile Technology team
* Add incremental value to the ongoing release management strategy for the Digital Mobile Technology team

QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience supporting Information Technology (IT) projects preferred
* Ability to network with internal customer community to foster positive and proactive approach to resource prioritizationand deployment
* Expertise in project management discipline and techniques
* Demonstrated experience making independent critical fact based decisions while understanding the appropriate escalation points
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with executive leaders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office skills, including Power Point, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Project
* Proven ability to independently manage conflict
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
* Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
* Strong team building skills
* Ability to adapt to a changing environment
* Experience with reporting and scheduling
* Strong customer service attitude
