JOB DESCRIPTION

APPLY
Oversee and guide activities of the customer support team's delivery of services to field technicians, clients' repair and engineering staff and commissioning team.

Activities:

*** Technical guidance, advice, mentorship and coaching to the Service Desk team.

*** Interpreting maintenance manuals, schematics, mechanical drawings, programs, and other documentation in order to advise support associates, field techs and customers.

*** Remotely instruct customers' employees and company's field technicians in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

*** Interface with appropriate technical personnel for customer problems that cannot be resolved without escalation.

*** Manage the service desk ticket escalation

*** Train and develop help-line staff.

*** Periodic client follow-ups to verify final resolution and determine satisfaction level.
