JOB DESCRIPTIONSeeking industrial automation expertise with: 10+ years experience engineering, servicing, repairing or commissioning some form of highly automated machinery; Ability to work from engineering drawings and maintenance manuals; and skills, patience and ability to tolerate low information people on service calls.
*** Oversee interface with Customers and provide technical expertise to guide and aid operating and maintenance issue resolution.
*** Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, mechanical drawings, programs, and other documentation; Remotely instruct customers' employees and company's field technicians in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
*** Train and develop help-line staff.
Apply solid knowledge of automated electromechanical systems including programmable controllers to support and guide customer help-line service team, field service technicians and customers' maintenance and engineering staffs for manufacturer of highly automated assembly line, packaging, and conveying robotics.
