Responsibilities:Provides Fanatical Customer Service in identifying internal and external customer needs in order entry and bid processing. Answers in-coming information inquiries. Completes job communiation forms and assists the Shift Operations Lead. Proof incoming orders for incomplete or inconsistent information. Assists customers by using the 5-step selling process. Functions as a liaison for field-based store personnel and outsource vendors. Resolves basic customer issues and identify add-on business opportunities. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent education preferred plus knowledge of assigned area required.
