Research Assistant IV. Assist lab personnel to design & perform experiments; analyze, manage, & record data; research & improve current methods; & lab administration. Require: Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or Chemistry. 3 yrs. exp.: performing flow cytometry multicolor experiments and data analysis for immunoflouresence, cell cycle, or intracellular staining assays; performing multicolor assays and compensation of at least 4 colors; performing data analysis using at least one of the following: FlowJo, FACSDiva, CELLQuest, FCSExpress, or ModFit; using and troubleshooting scientific instrumentation; teaching others laboratory methods; using sterile technique; and working in team responsible for scheduling & customer service.
