We have an opportunity for a Research Associate, working closely with our Physician Recruiters, to support a variety of candidate acquisition processes.
The ideal candidate will ensure a pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates, generated through a variety of sourcing channels including internet research, external job boards/websites, CRM/applicant tracking systems, subscription database searches and social media sites.
Duties may include:
Proactively generate current and accurate candidate content including contact information, location/practice preferences, career history. and certifications meeting the criteria for active and/or anticipated job openings.
Deploy and monitor job postings to websites or job boards, maximizing visibility to targeted candidates, as directed by supervisor.
As needed, assist in the development of text for HTML and broadcast emails.
Update candidate response and/or activity records in CRM/Applicant Tracking System.
Obtain and maintain the highest level of competence with the eRecruit system, regarded as a "Power User".
Access subscription database applications to obtain candidate/contact information in compliance with all mandated requirements and vendor guidelines.
Compile data collected through internet research on specific projects/topics as assigned.

Utilization of IE 10 in a Windows based environment to conduct internet research in an efficient and productive manner
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel and Outlook
Skilled maintaining information in a CRM or candidate applicant tracking system, eRecruit is ideal
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior grammar and proofreading skills
Associates degree and one year of experience in a professional office setting (or combination thereof) is preferred.
Healthcare background is ideal.
