Research Project Professional: Responsible for a federally-funded research project involving a longitudinal study of the health outcomes of lonely and non-lonely late middle-aged adults. Conducts experiments involving the recording of physiological responses to a range of images and tasks. Recruits subjects and actively follows-up to ensure long-term participation. Trains and oversees undergraduate Research Assistants in data collection and data reduction; monitors integrity of data. Maintains records and arranges payment. Prepares written and oral reports on project status and contributes to scientific discussions on the findings.
