Job Description

Research Support: The Pediatric Neuropsychology Laboratory, under the supervision of its Director, Scott Hunter, Ph.D., conducts research on the cognitive and behavioral impact of childhood disorders, specifically with regard to this position, a study of snoring and apnea in youth being conducted in tandem with David Gozal, M.D.'s laboratory. Involves full-time psychometric support for the Snoring and Cognition Study. Recruits and screens potential participants, psychological and neuropsychological assesses participants while they are undergoing sleep evaluations, assists with database management and output, and performs computer-based functions. Schedules data input and cleans, pulls information from appropriate databases, runs analyses with SPSS and other statistical software, and manages the tests used for the study. Provides additional backup support to other studies in the laboratory as required.
