Provide superior customer service to expired marketing package guests by offering an opportunity to use package by collecting an extension fee and assisting guest in booking dates to travel to one of our resort sales centers. What will I be doing? -Give the best guest experience possible that falls in line with our Mission, Vision and Values. -Call expired marketing package guests to verify details, answer questions, offer opportunity to use package by collecting an extension fee and assist in booking dates. -Follow up with guests to book dates or assist for customer service reasons -Maintain an upbeat, positive and motivated demeanor especially when interacting with Hilton guests, coworkers, and managers. -Ensure the privacy and security of confidential information about our guest and our company -Assist management with special projects -Keeping accurate log of reservations and extensions on spreadsheet -Expertise in the reselling and saving of packages -transfer guests to our different Transfer Partners -meet minimum production standards for collections and extensions -collecting of fees Basic Qualifications * Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Multi-Task * Must possess basic data entry and word processing skills. * High School Diploma/GED * Must be able work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends based on call center needs. * Call center and collections experience a plus.
