We are currently seeking a Reservations Services Specialist (Call Center / Customer Service Representative) for our Chicago office.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Answers calls and responds to emails

* Handles customer inquiries both telephonically and by email

* Researches required information using available resources

* Manages and resolve customer complaints

* Provides customer service information

* Enters new customer information into system

* Updates existing customer information

* Processes reservations

* Identifies and escalate priority issues

* Routes calls to appropriate resource

RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Must be proficient in relevant computer applications

* Required language proficiency

* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

* Must possess good verbal and written communication skills

* Most possess excellent listening skills

* Must have great attention to detail

* Bilingual Spanish or French is a plus
