Reservations Manager Hilton Grand Vacations Club

Responsible for the efficient administration of HGVCs rental reservations program and supervision of reservations counselors to achieve maximum income levels with regard to the solicitation and processing of all reservations to the public. Basic Qualifications
High School graduate or GED equivalent is required. Minimum four years customer service management experience in a large-scale, high-volume hotel or multi-property environment. Computer experience required with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and RCCRes Link software preferred. Must have basic knowledge of reservations phone systems (i.e. phone tree, phone groups, recordings). Must have at least two or more years of supervisory experience required.

Preferred Qualifications
Two year college degree preferred.
