JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY We are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to work at our new, luxury high-rise, NorthxNorthWest. In this role you will coordinate general business office activities, greet new customers, and assist and communicate with current residence and families regarding any questions or concerns.
To become a valuable member of our team we are looking for the following:
High school diploma/GED is required
One year of customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work M-F, 9-6, is required
In this position your primary responsibilities will be:
Communicating with residents and addressing any concerns
Greet all walk-in's and assist accordingly
Preparing service requests, working closely with service contractors
performing misc administrative functions; answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc
