Resident Services Supervisor - Atria Center City

We are currently seeking an experienced Resident Services Supervisor to join our team at Atria Center City in Philadelphia, PA. The primary job function of the Resident Services Supervisor is to support the Resident Services Director in carrying out the Care Department functions.

Scope of Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in monitoring the medication management program and oversee activity in the medication room
- Assist in scheduling and supervising of staff, including monitoring overtime
- Provide activities of daily living assistance to the residents as needed
- Provide training and orientation to new staff members and ongoing training to current staff members
- Perform tasks delegated by the Resident Services Director, such as performing assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and recommending appropriate service plans.
- Demonstrate ability to work as a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Look for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors the department for any unsafe issues; immediately reports any concerning quality issues to the RSD
Requirements Include:
- Must be LPN/LVN in good standing and meet all State health requirements
- 1+ years experience in geriatrics
- Must enjoy working with seniors!!
- Strong supervisory skills
- Background in training and mentoring staff
- Computer skills
