Job Description
Farmington Country Club is looking for an experienced restaurant Chef to join our culinary staff. This position is responsible for managing the daily operation of the Terrace Dining Room, our fine dining restaurant. Responsibilities include hiring, training and supervising staff; production and execution of the menus; maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen; managing production and purchasing based on the budget; and maintaining the Clubs high standards of quality.
