What you get to do: Oversees all operating departments including, but not limited to: Front Office, Engineering, Facilities, Housekeeping, and Sales & Marketing. Your day-to-day: * Provides and ensures an exceptional experience for all guests. * Supervising the interviewing, hiring, training, counseling and development of staff. * Maintains high level of employee satisfaction through hands on involvement on property and creating a culture of empowerment. * Reviews financial reports and works with operational teams to meet or exceed budgets. Specific experience we're seeking: * GM/AGM experience at full-service properties, upscale/luxury experience preferred. * Experience hiring, scheduling, sales, marketing and training. * Builds and maintains partnerships with third party ownership * Experience managing and interpreting financial reports. * Passion for the guest experience and provides a personal experience via on property or social media. * You would describe yourself as a hands-on General Manager who is present on property and builds genuine connections with employees and guests. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or telephone. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
