The Restaurant Manager position is responsible for daily restaurant and bar operations. This position coordinates with executive chef to provide first class service and delicious food & drink to our guests. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff to the Forbes 4 Star standards. Oversight of the day-to -day operation as well as ordering, inventory and financial management responsibilities; including the development of annual department budgets for sales and expenses. The Restaurant Manager is also responsible for keeping the lines of communication open with all departments within the resort and reports directly to the Assistant Food & Beverage Director.
