Description:

Restaurant Managers coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff to deliver product and service to restaurant guests. You will be responsible for interviewing, selecting, training, and supervising the restaurant associates for an efficient operation. You will also organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings, and schedule and direct the team in their work assignments. You should have at least 2 years, or equivalent, 3+ years of restaurant management experience.

Experience in a 4-Star 4 Diamond hotel property and high-end restaurant steakhouse preferred. Must be able to perform the tasks and meet the physical and mobility standards as defined in the job description. Looking for positive and energetic individuals capable of working in a high-volume fast-paced environment. Excellent wine knowledge a plus. One to two years experience in restaurant management preferred.
