Our commitment to your success begins with an 11 week manager training program. You'll receive in-depth knowledge and rotation through each area of the restaurant. You will also spend five days at LongHorn University, at our corporate headquarters in Orlando, Florida. Here you will learn LongHorn's management philosophies, meet key corporate executives, and interact with other new managers. Your training doesn't end there. We believe in continuous training and development and do so day- by- day and shift-by-shift.
