Retail Associate II-PTL

JOB SUMMARY:
The Processing Team Leader (PTL) is responsible for the overall processing operation of a Resale Store. He/she drives results through the utilization of established guidelines, processes, and best practices. The PTL drives the Resale processing employees to ensure production goals are efficiently achieved.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains store staff by assisting in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Maintains operations by coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Ensures availability of merchandise and services by maintaining optimal inventories.
Provide a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
May perform one or more of the following duties:
o Donation Attendant Kindly and efficiently receives and sorts donations
o Soft-goods or Hard-goods Processor perform repetitive tasks such as tagging, hanging, and sorting, of clothing, shoes and accessory items, home d cor, house wares and miscellaneous items, for entire shift achieving or surpassing set goals
Processes donated goods for placement on sales floor according to production standards and goals, monitoring individual department needs as well as customer needs.
Other processing duties as assigned.
