Interface Services, located in Acworth, Georgia, is searching for a Retail Program Manager. The Program Manager (PM) is primarily responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and oversight management of national account protocols, as well as transactional projects and assisting in the completion of National Account and project RFP’s. The PM manages the daily activity of the Program Coordinators (level I and II) and Program Coordinator Assistants (PCAs) to achieve consistently superior customer service and strong financial returns, while insuring that all account requirements are being fulfilled.

Educational requirements:
-Bachelors Degree is preferred
Skills and experience:
-Five years of experience within related field in construction or flooring industry
-Understanding of construction business including insurance requirements, reviewing contracts, and reading architectural drawings
-Understanding of basic accounting and finance (budgeting and RFP processes)
-Strong Business Acumen
-Ability to self-manage projects
-Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
-Strong analytical skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Strong team payer
-Strong computer proficiency (especially excel)

Essential duties:
-Work closely with Directors of Sales and Program Development to help complete RFP’s for National Account Customers
-Collaborate with Director of Program Development to build process flow for new customers and special programs
-Work closely with Program Coordinators, Program Coordinator Assistants and Customer contacts to:
>Implement process flow for New Customers
>Insure process adherence in the daily conducting of business
>Troubleshoot issues with Program Coordinator and Program Coordinator Assistants
>Provide necessary feedback and adjustments as needed.
-Administer the training of new Program Coordinators and Program Coordinator Assistants
-Review Account and Project Contracts
-Manage required reporting for National Account Customers (invoicing, forecasting, score cards, etc.)
-Work with Operations to manage Stock and Hold requirements for National Account Customers
-Monitor account and project financials to insure financial objectives are met and profit margins maximized
-Manage Select, special accounts which might require a higher level of attention and skill initially.
-Participate in the development of continuous improvement strategies and technology protocols that keep InterfaceServices as the Gold Standard for Services Industry

Work environment:
-Office environment with up to 20% travel, as needed or required.
-Lifting up to 15 pounds
