JOB DESCRIPTIONSeeking a Retirement Plan Administrator for a growing Westlake Village Company.
?At least two years of experience in the qualified retirement plan industry demonstrating incremental growth in knowledge and responsibility
?Strong client relationship skills
?Proficiency in 401(k) plan administration and plan document interpretation
?Performing contribution calculations, cross-testing including year-end valuation
?Loan, hardship, and distribution review/processing
?Prepare Forms 5500 and other government filings
?Excellent communication skills. Must possess the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner both orally and in writing
?Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word
