JOB OVERVIEW This complexed role will primarily provide Revenue Management and Reservations support to the Complex Director of Revenue Management. The Revenue Analyst will be responsible for the overseeing of internal reservation processes, inventory management in all distribution systems and preparation of critical reports as needed. This roles responsibilities also include assisting with managing occupancy thresholds, distribution channel integrity and parity, executing pricing changes, building packages and balancing daily room inventory. This position is to provide analysis, reports, information and data that allow management and staff the ability to optimize and maximize room inventory sales, revenue and services. There is opportunity for this role to evolve into a Revenue Manager . DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Interact with guests and staff in a friendly, prompt and professional manner. Assist in the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of various room revenue statistics such as STAR report submission and corporate-related reporting. Implement rates and strategy changes as directed. Communicate any identified market trends and key point indicators to DORM. Participate in weekly sales/revenue meetings. Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, annual forecast/budget. Enter groups in PMS and check against groups in SalesPro and their respective contracts for accuracy in room count, cut-off dates, and billing. Build corporate rates in accordance with negotiated contracts. Assist with managing FIT allotments, blackout dates, and stop sells as directed. Handle all special guest reservation requests and any property direct calls as needed.
