JOB DESCRIPTIONThis Revenue Cycle Advisor Position Features:
The Client Advisor is comfortable developing consultative and trusted client relationships within all levels of our medical practice customer base. The Client Advisor creates a project plan to implement our software to medical practices based on our training model and the medical practice?s availability. Post implementation, the Client Advisor continues as the central point of coordination, escalation and account development throughout the lifecycle of the client relationship. Ensuring clients maximize their investment in suite of healthcare solutions is a key component to the Client Advisor?s core values.
? Collaborate with our sales representatives to drive the approach and deliverables for successful software implementations in new medical practice clients.
? Lead all post-sale software implementation project planning based on Medicine?s training model and our client practice?s availability.
? Collaborate with our resource coordination team to ensure proper resource allocation.
? Coordinate project kick-off / team introduction calls with new clients.
? Develop trusted client advisor relationships by demonstrating an understanding of client?s business needs, expectations, and requirements.
? Assess new client?s current workflow and consult with clients on the best approach for a successful software implementation.
? Create software implementation project plans. Provide professional and clear communication and updates to ensure client expectations are met successfully.
? Track and monitor client status throughout the software implementation project.
?Track and provide updates on integrations related to the implementation project.
?Schedule regular post-implementation checkpoints with the client to ensure consistent and successful use of product and product features.
?Manage all post-implementation relationship activity and account development.
?Keep abreast of industry news affecting Suite features and impacts to our client?s use of the software.
?Acting as the internal client advocate and liaison between the client and internal departments.
?Responsible for post-sale revenue generating activities.
?Provide a high level of focus on client retention and satisfaction through proactive outreach.
To be a successful Client Advisor, you will perform the above activities with a high degree of proficiency and positivity. Your approach to challenges and problem solving focuses on finding solutions to meet both client and company objectives.
?Bachelor?s Degree strongly preferred, will consider direct and relevant work and industry experience in lieu of degree.
?3+ years of experience with account and/or relationship management.
?Experience working within software or healthcare industry highly desired.
?Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
?Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
?Software: CRM, Email, Calendaring and Spreadsheet skills required.
