* Revenue Management System IntegrationManager
* you will create, approve and manage the business, technical, andfunctional requirements in our revenue management system \(RMS\) and integrationwith related systems \(PMS, Sales and Catering, GDS, Internet, Data Warehouse,other interfaces\) across all regions and stakeholders\. Focus on efforts to drive revenue\-generatingopportunities into system enhancements\. Manage the global development, testing and production delivery processesfor enhancements and bug\-fixes\. Workdirectly with Operations Research analysts and Global Technology to adaptprototypes into scalable product applications\.*
* Essential Duties andResponsibilities
* \-\{PS\.\.0\}\- Gather and store all global requirementsusing Advisory Committees, Focus Groups, Requests for Information, and othercommunication\. Lead efforts with allregions, brands, and stakeholders to gather requirements and drive consensus\. \-\{PS\.\.1\}\- Provide detailed business requirements andall supporting documentation, such as scope documents, business justification,ROI impact\. Prioritize business requirements and develop discrete work phases\. \-\{PS\.\.2\}\- Write and/or approve functionalspecifications, technical requirements and detailed design, including suchitems as database changes, integration, messaging, etc\. Oversee developmentefforts of the I\.T\. area, and the coordination with other teams whose systemsand/or processes may be impacted\. \-\{PS\.\.3\}\- Provide user acceptance testing and ensureproduct meets user needs across all regions, brands and stakeholders\. \-\{PS\.\.4\}\- Lead Beta process, including planning,implementation, feedback, and problem resolution across all regions, brands andstakeholders\. \-\{PS\.\.5\}\- Transition completed products toIntegration and Implementation Teams, and provide necessary support\. \-\{PS\.\.6\}\- Manage the ongoing maintenance, bug fixes,and emergency issues that effect revenue\-generating systems\.*
* Qualifications
* Education
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in arelevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and workrelated experience\.*
* Experience
* Eight or more years progressive workrelated experience with demonstrated proficiency in multipledisciplines/processes related to the position including hotel operationsmanagement, revenue management and/or documentation of function businessrequirements on complex systems\.*

* \-\{PS\.\.0\}\- Demonstrated project management experiencein organizing, planning and executing large\-scale projects from conceptionthrough implementation\. \-\{PS\.\.1\}\- Thoroughknowledge of CRS and RMS \(HOLIDEX Plus and HIRO preferred\)\. \-\{PS\.\.2\}\- Goodunderstanding of other integrated systems, such as PMS, GDS, CRO tools, OfflineReporting, Internet, etc\. \-\{PS\.\.3\}\- Thoroughunderstanding of hotel pricing concepts, yield management optimization andselling strategies\. \-\{PS\.\.4\}\- Abilityto conceptualize and translate business requirements into specific systemfunctionality\. \-\{PS\.\.5\}\- Excellentanalytical skills and creative problem solving skills\. \-\{PS\.\.6\}\- Understandingof application development tools and processes\. Familiarity with SAS or otherstatistical packages a plus\. \-\{PS\.\.7\}\- Excellentorganizational skills\. \-\{PS\.\.8\}\- Goodunderstanding of system test script construction and execution\. \-\{PS\.\.9\}\- Goodproject management skills and ability to translate strategic businessrequirements into technical specifications\.
