Job Description
Cluster Revenue Manager for 2 Marriott and 3 Hilton brand hotels in the greater Nashville area responsible for maximizing room revenue on a daily, monthly and annual basis by managing inventory and rates.
Key Responsibilities:
-Review brand and STAR reports in order to make strategic decisions for future dates
-Manage eChannel, local negotiated, package and promotion rate loads in property management systems
-Compile weekly STAR recaps that consist of summary of results as well as property explanations for corporate leaders
-Hold weeklybi-weekly revenue management calls with property General Manager and sales team
-Continuous communication with property level leaders, Corporate Director of Sales, Regional Managers and Vice President
