The Revenue Manager oversees and coordinates the revenue management functions and inventory strategy and processes of assigned hotel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily monitoring of inventory, developing short-term and long-term pricing strategies, analyzing hotel performance and providing assessments and recommendations to improve, and training of management personnel. Maintains restrictions, rate programs, and sell strategies daily to ensure maximization of revenue. Analyzes reports and available information to make short term and long term inventory and pricing recommendations. With General Manager and upper management involvement, develops and implements strategies that will maintain and/or increase revenue. Communicates recommendations to the hotels in a way in which they may utilize the system to the fullest. Prepares regular assessments of hotel performance in order to develop recommendations for improvement. Ensures assigned hotels follow brand and company standards for inventory management, rate setting and price integrity. Organizes and facilitates all property and 3rd party web sites.
