The NoMad Hotel is recruiting for an experienced Revenue & Reservations Manager ***Note - This position is not available until December 2016*** Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of Sales, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: . Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations Daily pick-up analysis (both overall and by segment/source), strategy adjustments and reporting Prepare and lead weekly revenue meeting with DOSM and GM Implement revenue changes and strategies in all channels Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the Reservations Department Provide regular performance evaluations of Reservations team Complete and submit weekly Payroll to hotels paymaster Review arrival report daily for current and next day Prepare weekly 19-Day Forecast for dissemination to operating departments Prepare full-month forecasts for current and following month Provide pace data to Controller for weekly and monthly financial reports Reconcile Travel Agency commissions and issue commission checks Provide statistics for repeat guest percentage, including by number of stays Manage repeat guest amenity program, by tracking and recording number of stays for frequent guests and details of amenities sent Prepare weekly schedule for Reservations team Ensure pertinent hotel personnel is fully competent in the use of all revenue systems Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.) Submit STR data and maintain distribution lists Review and update hotel HOD with CRS partner Participate in quarterly review with CRS Account Managers Maintain interfaces between all reservations systems (CRS, PMS, Channel Manager, and OTAs) Load and update rates for Preferred Accounts, as contracted through the Sales Dept.
