Helix Hospitality seeks an energetic, service-oriented and self-motivated Revenue and eCommerce Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The Revenue and eCommerce Manager will report to upper management and will work closely with the brand's Revenue and Sales teams as well with hotel-level management. In addition, the Revenue and eCommerce Manager will be the primary point for hotels and regional teams to engage with eCommerce Services and will be responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on management and execution of eCommerce Services for a specified region. Services include local and regional promotions, SEO, retailing, local email, social media, reputation management, content parity and more. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct weekly strategy and planning calls Coordinate with brand revenue managers and property General Managers to facilitate Proactively identifying trends and changes in the market Optimize market segments in conjunction with sales departments to maximize revenues Communicate strategy changes with executive team Review historical information and reports to optimize previous sell strategies Will oversee revenue management for multiple properties Oversee online reputation management platforms to ensure responses are provided on all third party site reviews Perform quarterly audits of online content to ensure parity, continuity, accurate photos and descriptions Be the catalyst for social media representation for all properties by coordinating messages, local events and content to be published with all property level teams The daily utilization of e-commerce management platforms
