Job Description

Carilion Clinic is accepting CVs for an ABMSAOA-BC fellowship trained Rheumatologist to join the Department of Medicine. Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital is a 700-bed Level I Trauma Center, serving 1.5 million people throughout Southwest Virginia. pCarilion has embarked upon a bold initiative to transform a traditional healthcare system into a full clinic model similar to other non-university academic centers. Carilion is excited to assertively expand its commitment to medical education with the development of multiple new fellowships and the establishment of a research institute in collaboration with Virginia Tech as part of the medical school initiative. The Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine and Research Institute opened in August 2010 and is currently conducting interviews for its third class of doctoral candidates.
