Description The RAA (Risk Admin Analyst) is a support position for Elite Dealer Risk department. The RAA s primary role is to compile, analyze large amount of dealer trend data, recognize negative trends and notify appropriate teammates.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze dealer operating trends to reveal risk concerns
Review audit results and trends
Create and maintain analytical reporting
Alert appropriate personnel to any risk indicators
Document accounts
Collection/risk calls when deemed appropriate
Receivable Lines of Credit Portfolio Management
Work with Consumer Finance Companies (CAC, GO Financial, etc.) to get NGC paid on any piece of financed inventory and collecting from the dealer as needed.
Handle Corporate & GO Express Accounts from an operational and collections standpoint.

Active Incident Non-Default Report
1 to 7, 8+ DQ Report
14+ Days PFA Report
DQ Buckets Report
7+ Days CUV PFC Report
CLEAR, Experian and other credit/asset reports
Title Audits
Dealer financial statements (income statements and balance sheets
Dealer bank statements

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must possess strong organizational skills
Strong Analytical skills
Be Excel Proficient
Ability to take consultative approach
Ability to analyze financial data
Create and maintain Collection Management Report for each identified account
Provide objective perspective for the company relating to the Elite Dealer Risk portfolio
Generate weekly and monthly reports on area of assigned markets/regions
All other duties as assigned by Company
