We continue to grow and expand our services to meet the
demands of the community for inpatient psychiatric beds
& are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Risk Analyst.
Under the supervision of the PI/RM Director, s/he will
be responsible for the following:
-Assist with monitoring and implementation of the risk
management and performance improvement programs.
-Daily review, analysis, and follow-up of risk
-Contribute to the goals of the risk management program
to reduce and manage risk incidences and potential while
promoting effective outcomes
-Assist in identifying and measuring risk indicators
that reflect the strategic and operational goals and
objectives of Holly Hill Hospital
-Assist in coordinating Performance Improvement planning
that identifies and measures aggregate data collection,
assessment and improvement processes within the facility
Education/Training: BSN or Master's degree in affiliated
human service field (e.g. Social Work, Counseling,
Psychology). Training in healthcare compliance
activities, healthcare safety/risk management, hospital
performance improvement activities, and hospital
administration preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years risk management
experience in a healthcare environment, preferably
behavioral health. Three (3) years of progressive
related experience in risk and project management.
Licensure/Certification: Current, unencumbered, active
license to practice as a Registered Nurse, Licensed
Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Professional
Counselor in the state of North Carolina; Certification
in Risk Management or Healthcare Quality preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
-Superior analytical, research and problem solving

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without
losing your ability to multi-task is critical
-Displays written and verbal communication skills and is
able to follow written and oral instructions

management, and problem solving activities
-Is knowledgeable of, can interpret, and put into
practice pertinent federal, state, local regulations as
well as The Joint Commission and related standards
-Displays knowledge of ethical principles and compliance
issues in a healthcare setting. Is familiar with various
types of documentation maintained in a healthcare
-Demonstrates good understanding of medical terminology
-Can work independently and productively with little
-Can develop action plans, coordinate resources, and see
tasks through to completion
-Displays good organizational skills
-Proficient in spreadsheet, word processing and database
applications -Is knowledgeable about healthcare risk
management and performance improvement activities
