Primary Responsibility Ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintaining general condition of all buildings on property. Essential Job Functions Performs preventive maintenance as needed Resolve guest complaints to guest satisfaction. Monitor & maintain cleanliness/organization of work areas Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance of equipment Will help clean pools as needed Will replace light bulbs throughout property Able to make small electrical and plumbing repairs as well as paint walls, repair carpet & tiles. Able to operate a pressure washer and small hand tools. General Skills/Qualifications Able to perform electrical work orders Able to perform general plumbing repairs Perform preventive maintenance on rooms & villas. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50lbs. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs of the hotel. Must be committed to the highest level of hospitality development and member/guest/associate relations with excellent communication skills. Four Diamond hotel maintenance experience desired.
