Route Sales Driver

Description:
Job will consist of driving, loading and unloading dairy
products, servicing customers such as schools,
convenience stores, supermarkets, institutional, etc..
Relief drivers will be required to learn several routes
in order to run routes when other drivers are absent.
Product is ordered, delivered, and stocked in the
assigned accounts to the particular route. Each driver
is responsible for inventory control on the route and
each account. The product is unloaded at the destination
by the driver, either by hand or lift, and dollied in
the account by two wheeled dolly. Driver must handle
paperwork associated with the accounts including sales
invoice, credit, inventory and dump. All DOT regulations
must be followed. Drivers must be able to start work in
early morning hours.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age. Must have at least a Class B
CDL with airbrake endorsement. Must be able to pass CDL
physical and drug screen. Must be able to read printed
product and understand principles of product rotation.
Must be able to count product accurately. Must have
clean and neat appearance and be able to meet the public
and work well with others. Must be able to learn
hand-held computers. Must have high school diploma or
GED.
