THE EMBASSY SUITES IN ONTARIO, CA is looking for an out-of-the-box thinker to step into the Sales Manager position. Setting the standard as the leading hotel in Ontario, the Embassy Suites is a 175 room All-Suite hotel with first class meeting and conference space, full-service food and beverage outlets, fitness and business center, swimming pool, and all the usual amenities that the discerning business and leisure traveler has come to expect, all within a short distance from the Ontario, CA airport. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all goals and plans for hotel revenues are exceeded for the SMERF and Tour/Travel segments as well as Banquet Food, Beverage, Meeting room and A/V rentals, through systematic sales strategy implementation and execution, including direct outside and inside sales calls, franchise lead contribution, key account development/management and penetration. The Sales Manager will work with the Director of Sales, the General Manager and corporate sales and marketing team to develop and implement the property's marketing plan ensuring profit margins and budgets are achieved.
