This team player possesses a breadth of knowledge required to provide infrastructure related support and consulting related to new and existing SAP technologies. The candidate enjoys working with new software products, and provides production support for SAP Netweaver (ERP; BW; BW Accelerator; APO; SCM; PI; Portal) products.
Applicants must have the ability to work closely with individuals at various levels within the organization, both internal and external to Kimberly-Clark; be enterprise focused; demonstrate cultural sensitivity; are process and results orientated; have solid troubleshooting skills; exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills; are resilient; and can deal effectively with confrontation.
Basic Qualifications:
li 5+ years experience in SAP technical infrastructure components for both ABAP and Java based SAP
li 3+ years experience as an SAP Basis/Netweaver Administrator. In addition, this individual ideally has a solid understanding of database management systems, including DB2, Oracle, MaxDB, and SQL Server.
li Experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating system.
li Experience with one of the following SAP and non-SAP products:
1) SAP BWA appliance, from both an implementation and support perspective.
2) BSI Tax Factory or other certified SAP payroll tax package.
3) Vertex sales & use tax product.
4) Realtech SAP transport manager.
5) SAP BW Pre-Calculation Server.
Preferred Qualifications:
li Bachelors Degree
li Experience with managing high priority SAP incidents; creating SAP production system copies; managing and reacting to SAP CCMS operational monitors; Application of SAP Support Packages & OSS notes; Kernel upgrades; SAP client copy; spool, job, and work process administration; and End to End root cause analysis.
li UNIX or Linux experience
li SAP functional knowledge
li Experience within other areas of Information Technology (network and/or security).
