SAP Basis Leader
This is a unique opportunity for a Basis specialist who would be interested in hands on SAP basis admin while partnering with the business to architect applications. This position provides expertise and guidance on the overall SAP technology infrastructure as it relates to Information Systems and business strategies. Will work closely with current Basis outsourced provider to deliver application operations.
SAP Basis Administrator will be responsible for hands-on SAP Basis administration. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in day to day production support, monitoring, tuning, advanced troubleshooting skills, proactive system analysis, and standard SAP Basis administration activities.

External Additional Requirements
Client Administration, CCMS, and Spool Administration

Thorough knowledge of database management with Oracle

Experience performing Backups, Restores, System Refreshes, and managing data dictionary

Firm grasp of ITAR compliance implications to the SAP systems, and ability to support DOD and Internal auditors

Strong documentation, analysis, and problem solving skills

Experience in running SAP in a virtualized environment

Experience with Linux operating systems

Experience with PI and XMII

Experience with ETL and Data Warehousing best practices and effects on an SAP environment

Running SAP in a Disaster Recovery scenario would be an asset

Equivalent of Bachelor s Degree in Information Systems or related field

Technical hands-on SAP Basis administration experience on SAP solutions implementations, Upgrades, Enhancements, Version upgrades, Patching, required

Experience with NetWeaver configuration and administration on both ABAP and Java stacks, including: STMS, SSO/SSL configuration, config tool, Visual admin, Netweaver gateway and NWA

Experience implementing Monitoring tools such as Solution Manager, CCMS, and other tools available to provide a Highly available SAP solution to manage required enterprise SLA s is desired.

General knowledge of Infrastructure administration tasks and network technologies

External Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with the following:

Supporting the entire SAP Landscape including Development, Quality Assurance, and Production

Ensuring the SAP environment is reliable, stable, and all integrity is maintained

Maintaining an error free operating environment with 99.
